How long will my order take to get dispatched and sent out to me?
We deliver using royal mail so for UK citizens your order should arrive between 2-3 business days. For Europe delivery is 3-5 business days and the rest of the world its 6-7 business days. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days.

Can I select which items I will be receiving in my mystery packs?
Unfortunately, you can not select items for your mystery pack as it ruins the nature of the surprise however, you can definitely contact us about any preferences and we will do our best to help you receive a product you like.
